Charming and sweet, our Open Heart Pendant showcases a glowing Paraiba dangling at the center of the design. The sculpted heart outline is dotted with a graduated assortment of twinkling round diamonds along one half of the silhouette while the other half showcases a brightly polished plain metal luster. It is suspended from a delicate 18" cable link chain.
